In this interview, Ioan Cocan, co-founder and Managing Partner Tremend, talks about the strategy behind a 324% growth in revenue and entering for the second year in Deloitte Fast 50 CE:

We have a strong engineering DNA, and we are searching for this passion in each new colleague, regardless of the department. Also, we have a dedicated team of technical consultants, highly experienced in developing large-scale solutions, playing an active role in each project, regardless of its size. We are proactive in recommending the most suitable technologies, but also in prototyping and integrating Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or IoT in the developed solutions.”
