Tremend’s commitment during Covid-19 crisis

Company & News

We’ve been closely monitoring the dynamic situation of COVID-19, along with the rest of the world. As the virus continues to impact people and organizations around the world, the health, and well-being of our employees, our partners, and the community remain our top priority.

We will continue to offer high-quality services and stability for our partners, to maintain safe, secure, and uninterrupted operations throughout this global crisis. As an agile company, here, at Tremend Software Consulting, we assure you that we took every measure to continue the work for all our projects with the same commitment and dedication as always.

Precautionary measures for our employees and partners

Travel policy – To reduce the risk of exposure to the virus, we have adopted flexible work arrangements, and our team is working remotely in the next time interval. We temporarily suspended business travel and we also encourage the avoidance of unnecessary personal travel. If one of our employees has visited an impacted area or has a family member who has done so, he/she must stay in self-isolation for at least 14 days after he/she returns.

Work from home procedures – We minimized face-to-face meetings (internal and external) and all HR interviews and discussions take place through the video conferencing system. For us, working remotely is a normal part of both our work culture and business operations, as we have clients from many industries, like banking, telecom, and healthcare, operating in 19 countries on four continents. So, we have always put great emphasis not only on the effectiveness of communication, but also on security at all levels (network, devices, and data), by using VPN connections and safe and secure cloud systems for all our clients to prevent any disruption to business operations. We already have very robust and well-tested work from home capabilities and the Tremend team knows how to manage the procedures to keep operations running.

Canceling or postponing events – For the safety of our employees and partners, we canceled or postponed all our internal or external events. In the next period, we will keep our partners and stakeholders updated on the status of our events.

Keeping our partners informed

We are monitoring the situation closely and we will keep our partners informed and up to date with the latest news and information, support and guidance. We will continue to adjust our practices to reflect evolving realities. We will continue to communicate with transparency and we’ll do our best to accommodate our partners’ requirements to ensure business continuity with minimum impact.

We thank all our partners for trusting us with their business.

Stay safe!
