Salesforce Consultant

Tremend is looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. Your Role
Salesforce Consultants are responsible for implementing and customising Salesforce solutions and ensuring the quality of delivery.

Your Impact
You will implement Salesforce Solutions by:

• Assisting with the configuration and administration of the Salesforce products
• Defining client needs and recommending solutions
• Ensuring the quality of the delivery
• Analysing and fixing problems
• Understanding the existing business processes

You will support and inform users by:

• Defining possible client solutions or alternatives
• Understanding and gathering clients requirements and recommending applicable approaches
• Participating in workshops
• Writing reports for users based on Salesforce data
• Producing and delivering conceptual and functional analysis for data and process models
• Creating guidelines for users
• Answering users enquiries

Your skills & experience

• SF Admin 201 
• Additional Sales and Service Cloud certifications
• Proven experience of the Salesforce project lifecycle

Behavioural Skills

• Client facing and a Team Player
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce Solutions
• Agile project management & scrum master skills
• Knowledge of change management best practices
• Experience delivering user training
