Tremend is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.

Your Impact:

Drive marketing automation maturity assessment and gathers marketing needs
Creation of use case backlog
Perform campaign & journey briefing workshops
Translating Use Cases and Contact Flows into Journeys in Marketing Cloud Journey Builder
Drive personalization, making recommendations by understanding underlying data and data model on SFMC and other systems feeding data to SFMC
Drive use case optimization & other aspects like AB testing

Your Skills & Experience:

Good experience (at least 3 years) on the SFMC platform, across its toolsets/studios to optimize, design, and create/implement journeys
Certification in Email specialist and Administrator and basic knowledge of other SF modules
Understanding of the overall tech landscape relevant to marketing automation, including leveraging data from other systems for personalization
Ability to translate CRM journey flows into tech requirements and provide optimization strategies
Deliver personalized experiences across channels
Experience in data-driven personalized 360’ customer marketing approach & journey development, ideally with automotive background
Data-driven analytical approach to marketing and problem-solving combined with strategic business focus and vision
Experience working with multiple stakeholders
