This is how your day-to-day will go:
  • Oversees office management and premises maintenance
  • Responsible for opening new offices - relationship with real estate consulting companies, location identification, procurement
  • Handles the necessary legal documents for travel abroad, visas, letters of invitation, specific forms
  • Project coordination for various lines of financing 
  • Coordinates the administrative teams (office manager, reception, cleaning, etc.)
  • Working closely with senior managers, executives & teams
  • Managing resources across all projects, managing priorities based on timelines, budgets and resource loads.
  • Maintain and track project information in terms of time and budget
  • Taking charge of the action plans and ensuring their progress, recognition, expense management and customer invoicing
  • Identifying risks, organizing and proposing improvements in a fast-changing environment to ensure smoother control of activities
  • Getting involved in other administrative activities

  • Experience working in an agile delivery model
  • Practical experience with project management tools
  • SSM Course and/or previous experience in the area
