As an Employer Branding Specialist within our Marketing Department, you will get the chance to generate a real impact on Tremend’s Employer Brand, by identifying and implementing innovative and creative strategies and tactics for strengthening the awareness for our company. You will channel your skills and expertise towards positioning Tremend as a top tech employer, increasing brand reputation, and attracting, engaging, hiring, and retaining great tech talent.

You will be working in an agile and competitive environment for one of the fastest-growing companies in the region, alongside passionate people, cutting-edge technologies, and clients from all over the world.

This is how your day-to-day will go:
  • Contribute to crafting our Employer Branding strategy, building awareness, promoting the company's culture, core values, career & growth opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team members, as well as cross-departmental, to develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company in meeting its current and future hiring needs;
  • Planning, creating, and managing end-to-end employer branding initiatives, such as but not limited to digital campaigns, on-site and virtual events for tech talent (career fairs, meetups, webinars, tech talks, workshops, conferences), and CSR activities;
  • Defining KPIs for measuring the results of the employer branding activities, analyze and measure the effectiveness of your work, and propose new ways to improve the efficiency of marketing activities;
  • Implementing, monitoring, optimizing, evaluating recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Quora, Youtube, Twitter, Email Marketing and more);
  • Leverage current candidate-facing communication channels for executing employer branding activities. Creatively find new and better ways to address your target, to improve the company's way of finding, engaging, hiring, and retaining tech talent;
  • Write, edit, proofread and update content and branded materials and collaterals, ensuring high quality, as well as an accurate reflection of the brand and desired messaging and keeping constant external communication
  • Oversees the design, print production, ordering, and delivery of various marketing materials, with respect to the company's brand strategic direction, standards, and guidelines, as well as the marketing budget.
  • Stay at the forefront of marketing and employer branding by continually monitoring trends in the market, identifying opportunities and risks. Leverage industry best practices for making recommendations to improve and optimize the performance and results of your campaigns.

  • Proven experience as an employer branding specialist or similar role, preferably in IT&C;
  • A keen interest in employer branding and marketing;
  • You are a true Brand Ambassador, always engaging and motivating others to take action, and being eager to build communities;
  • Ability to work independently, but also a team player;
  • Good understanding of marketing tactics (employer branding, event planning, direct marketing, digital marketing, analytics);
  • You have experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, marketing automation tools, webinar tools;
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
  • Well-organized, with a collaborative approach, high attention to detail, and a "can-do" attitude.
