HR Business Partner

We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Business Partner to help us in nurturing a culture that facilitates high levels of employee engagement, inclusion, job satisfaction and talent retention. This is a true strategic role, varied, hands-on, with exposure to the board of directors team and senior managers.

  • Work closely with management and provide guidance when appropriate.
  • Provides HR guidance when appropriate to the employees in the department.
  • Analyze data trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. 
  • Effectively use people data (e.g. employee engagement survey) and current research to generate valuable insights which help inform leadership decision-making and change plans.
  • Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
  • Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Identify training needs for the departments, arrange the needed sessions and monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work effectively and maintain resilience in a changing environment.
  • Problem solver & strategic thinker
Education and Experience:
  • Prior experience in a HRBP role or minimum of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, performance management, employment laws.
  • Fluency in English
